Using our store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Do not use our store for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, or provide misleading information.
Products and orders
Please review product descriptions and your order details before purchasing. Images are illustrative and colours may appear differently on different screens. This does not affect your rights where goods do not match their description. Provide accurate contact and delivery information. If you need to correct an order, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Review the total and any applicable charges at checkout before paying. Prices may change for future purchases; this does not change an order already accepted.
Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery to Australia is 7–13 days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If your order is delayed or missing, contact us so we can assist. Please refer to our shipping policy for further information.
Returns and refunds
Our return and refund policy explains our 30-day change-of-mind returns for unused items, with customer-paid return postage. These conditions do not restrict remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Store content must not be copied or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
Consumer rights

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future use of our store. Updates do not retrospectively remove rights relating to previous purchases.
